Cirencester & Cotswolds

The market town of Cirencester is the largest town in the Cotswold District, with a population of around 20,000. Known as Corinium in Roman times, it boasts an ancient amphitheatre. It is home to the Royal Agricultural University.

Only 80 miles from London, the town offers easy transport connections by road, rail (Kemble BR) and coach (National Express) to the capital and to Bristol, the Midlands and the south west of England. Whilst being set in beautiful countryside, it is within easy reach of both M4 and M5 motorways.

Our planned site lies to the immediate south of the town in Chesterton. The Local Plan provides for a substantial development in this area, and we have already expressed interest in obtaining a suitable section for our project in the first phases of building. We are in active discussion about our plans with Bathurst Development Limited, the landowner.
